Compass are a medium-sized, family-owned business based in Athens, Greece and have been building boats since 1965. Compass Boats are high-quality Glass Reinforced Plastic {GRP} boats ranging from small fishing tenders to 22ft sports boats.
The main difference of Compass boats is in the ‘Compass S4’ building method. In this method, a third separate molded part is used and bonded to the hull before the deck and hull are bonded together. This extra part is full of design and detail which is unique to each model and incorporates all the reinforcing structure and storage space inside the cabinets.
Advantages of the ‘Compass S4’ construction method are:
– creates an extremely rigid and robust construction
– unsinkable feature thanks to the sealed cavities in the hull
– increased internal storage capacity
